The ad is a scam. The scammer would send out a check to the victim for the cost of the vinyl wrap. The victim will be asked to cash the check and send most of the money by Western Union or Moneygram to a ‘local agent’ to arrange the wrap. The victim will be asked to keep the rest as advance payment, for the first few weeks. A few days after having send the money, the victim will hear from his bank that the check was counterfeit and his bank account would be frozen unless he make good the loss!
